✦ PAYMENT :• Payment in USD only via PayPal invoice, due to their policies, it will be described as graphic design work, so don't worry about that.• Payment is required through an invoice before any work begins. Once the invoice is paid, your commission will be started as soon as possible. If payment is not made within 24 hours, you'll lose your slot.• By sending payment, you agree to the terms outlined above, including the estimated time work. There are no refunds once payment is made, even in the event of delays or if the terms are violated.✦ RUSH ORDER:• Extra costs will be added for quick commissions or with a specific date:✦ 25 usd less than 3 weeks.✦ 30 usd less than 2 weeks.✦ 40 usd less than 1 week.✦ 50 usd less than 3 days.✦ COMMUNICATION:• The main communication will be by GMAIL, we can communicate by other socials (Discord, Twitter, instagram, TH, etc.) but with advance notice.• If I'm slow to respond, don't worry, I usually take a while to translate sentences or for a personal emergency.

✦ CREDITS :• It can be uploaded to any social media giving mention in a single post the corresponding credits of the design, it's not necessary to be in all of them.• Always credit my work as Toru Mora, avoid confusing or misspelling my name.✦ COMMERCIAL USE :• Most of my adopts have the option to get Commercial use (in the AB), if you bought it for a lower price than the AB (and if this AB had the option to get commercial use) you can pay the difference to be able to get it.• Commercial use of any of my designs is required if:➥ You want to profit from the design [physical and digital merchandise].➥ You want to use it to represent you or your brand (physical and digital, like a store, book, vtuber, etc.)• My customs don't have commercial use , if you want to get it you will have to pay double the price.• If you purchased and/or obtained the Commercial use for digital or physical sale of the design, when reselling it you must add the total real value (including profits) and transfer the products to the new owner.• Personal use is for any type of entertainment without commercial purposes or donations, to use it on commercial platforms (Vrchat, Twitch, Kick, etc.) you will need to pay the commercial use fee.

✦ GENERAL RULES :• The transfer of my designs will be exclusively by ToyHouse, if you get the Commercial Use in the purchase I'll be able to send it to you by gmail or another method.• My designs cannot be re-auctioned, only the fixed price is allowed.• Gifted characters (free) are for personal use only, without any type of trade, sale or benefit. If you no longer want a gifted character, you can return it to me without any problem.✦ PAYMENT :• Payment plans are accepted only for AB previously agreed, not last minute.• If I don't get a response within 24 hours after winning on an adopt, it will be sold to someone else or reauctioned.• No holds (I rarely accept), you must notify me payment delays. If the time is prolonged without payment, the user will be added to my BLACKLIST for fraud.✦ IMPORTANT :•My designs cannot be used in blockchain technologies, including NFTs, Cryptocurrency, AI, or future innovations.• Characters designed by ToruMora must not be owned by anyone on the BLACKLIST. Violations will result in the user involved being blacklisted and the design will be revoked without refunds or compensation.
