✦ PAYMENT :• Payment in USD only via PayPal invoice, due to their policies, it will be described as graphic design work, so don't worry about that.• Payment is required through an invoice before any work begins. Once the invoice is paid, your commission will be started as soon as possible. If payment is not made within 24 hours, you'll lose your slot.• By sending payment, you agree to the terms outlined above, including the estimated time work.•There are no refunds once payment is made, only under fair terms agreed upon in advance. ✦ GENERAL RULES :• The transfer of my designs will be exclusively by ToyHouse, if you get the Commercial Use in the purchase I'll be able to send it to you by gmail or another method.• My designs cannot be re-auctioned, only the fixed price is allowed.• Gifted characters (free) are for personal use only, without any type of trade, sale or benefit. If you no longer want a gifted character, you can return it to me without any problem.• If you no longer own my designs, you cannot continue to use them or generate any kind of benefit from them.✦ PAYMENT :• No holds. Payment plans are accepted only for AB or close amount previously agreed, not last minute (weekly and bi-weekly payments).• If I don't get a response within 24 hours after winning on an adopt, it will be sold to someone else or reauctioned.• Each user is responsible for making payments within the agreed timeframe or let me know there will be delays.• If I don't get a response by any available means (email reminders or messages), when the due date on the invoice expires the design will be sold to someone else or reauctioned. Advances are non-refundable.✦ COMMERCIAL USE :• Most of my adopts have the option to get Commercial use (in the AB), if you bought it for a lower price than the AB (and if this AB had the option to get commercial use) you can pay me the difference to be able to get it.• Commercial use of any of my designs is required if:➥ You want to profit from the design [physical and digital merchandise].➥ You want to use it to represent you or your brand (physical and digital, like a store, book, vtuber, etc.)• My customs don't have commercial use , if you want to get it you will have to pay double the price.• Personal use is for any type of entertainment without commercial purposes or donations, to use it on commercial platforms (Vrchat, Twitch, Kick, Patreon, etc.) you will need to pay the commercial use fee.✦ FURSUITS :• If you own one of my designs, you may create fursuits yourself or have others make them for you for personal use.• A Commercial Use is required to generate any type of financial benefit.• Toru Mora must always be credited as the original creator of the design.

✦ CREDITS :• It can be uploaded to any social media giving mention in a single post the corresponding credits of the design, it's not necessary to be in all of them.• Always credit my work as Toru Mora, avoid confusing or misspelling my name.✦ RESELL, TRADE AND GIFTS :• If you want to resell any of my designs that you obtained, the price only increases depending on the monetary investment in commissions.• If you want to resell my designs and its current value exceeds 100 USD, each piece of art added must include its monetary value or a register of each monetary investment.✦ You can only resell, trade or gift my designs if you purchased them with money.
✦ You can only trade or gift my designs if you obtained them through a trade.
✦ You can only give my designs as gifts if you got them for free.• Try to ensure that each transaction has the same value.
